This hotel is perfectly located right in the very center of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. It is also conveniently close to the bridge and just a short walk back to the TGV station. The rooms are modern and offer a nice view of the courtyard. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety of options.
Some guests have mentioned an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions within walking distance. the breakfast buffet was also very good, with a wide variety of choices and delicious croissants. the staff in the dining room and bar were friendly and provided excellent service.
The rooms were very small and the towels were thin and worn out. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided, only a small and hard to use bar of soap.

Excellent location next to Palais des Papes. Beautiful attached room with city wall view. Wonderful garden for relaxation. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient parking and drop-off area. Perfect for sightseeing.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. The parking option provided by the hotel was adjacent and very convenient. Transportation was a breeze, with the location in the center of this city making it easy to access all the historical monuments. Plus, it was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options in a nice and bright restaurant. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the old city. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was situated inside the ancient walls and just a short walk away from all the main attractions. We were able to easily explore the Palais de Papes and the Pont d'Avignon. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable.
